Bridge to Belonging: Transitional Support for Alzheimer’s & Dementia

For residents in independent or assisted living who are navigating mild cognitive impairment or early-stage dementia, we offer Bridge to Belonging. This innovative, concierge-level program bridges the gap between traditional assisted living and secure memory care.
Designed for those who benefit from structured engagement but are not yet ready for a secure environment, Bridge to Belonging offers small-group activities seven days a week.
Our program is built on 4 key elements designed to engage the whole person.
